The problem

Late projects aren't a people problem.
They're a system problem.

01

Projects are always late

Deadlines slip and nobody saw it coming.

02

Nobody knows the status

Leadership is flying blind on what's actually happening.

03

Growth turned to chaos

Scaled fast, no standards, constant firefighting.

04

Agile didn't stick

Ceremonies without outcomes; back to old habits.

05

The team is overloaded

Too many projects, no real capacity model.

06

"Use AI" - but where?

Pressure to adopt AI with no practical plan.

What I do

Ways I make
delivery predictable

01Ask a Delivery QuestionFree+

Send one delivery challenge by email. I reply within two business days with a general perspective and the right next step - not a diagnosis or confidential review.

02Diagnostic Call$250*+

A focused 60-minute consultation where I hear the situation from you, diagnose based on the information you share, and give practical answers, suggestions, and next steps. If we sign a paid assessment, setup, or retainer agreement within 30 days, the call fee is deducted from your first invoice.

03AI-in-Delivery Playbook & Planfrom $5,000+

A focused advisory engagement where I work with your team to identify where AI fits your delivery and SDLC, then provide a practical playbook and adoption plan with prioritized use cases, governance guardrails, and ROI cases. PMI-CPMAI certified.

04Delivery Assessmentfrom $4,000+

A deep, systematic audit - interviews, real project review, a maturity scorecard - delivered as a clear report plus a prioritized 90-day roadmap with quick wins.

05PMO & Governance Setupproject+

Build the delivery function from the ground up - standards, templates, governance, a capacity model, dashboards, and a single source of truth leadership can finally trust.

06Waterfall → Agile (transformation phase)project+

Move teams to predictable Agile / SAFe delivery without losing the governance growing organizations need, scoped as a first transformation phase you can build on. I've led full SAFe transformations across three continents.

07Fractional PMO / Delivery Leadretainer+

I embed part-time - typically around one day a week - to install the cadence, dashboards, and discipline, and make the fixes actually stick, instead of sitting in a report on a shelf.

08AI in Deliveryadvisory+

PMI-CPMAI certified and hands-on with agentic coding tools, e.g. Claude Code. I find where AI genuinely saves delivery time - backlog hygiene, status reporting, release notes, analysis, and governed developer workflows - and can advise teams setting up AI-assisted developer workflows safely. Practical adoption, not slideware.

Proof

Done before, in
real delivery

Before AI, measured delivery capacity increased by ~30% in under six months through better intake control, prioritization, and team flow. With governed AI workflows, selected delivery activities can target 80%+ improvement.
Capacity & flow
Led Agile / SAFe delivery transformation across distributed teams in the US, Europe, and India, aligning cadence, reporting, and execution.
Scaled Agile delivery
Joined a drifting project, used delivery data to show the plan would not finish on time, then created flow metrics, reports, and dashboards that helped the team and stakeholders replan early and complete against aligned expectations.
Project recovery
Built prototypes and working apps with AI-native engineering workflows, including Folosat, productivity tools, and mobile app concepts. That hands-on work informs my advice on where AI accelerates delivery and where governance is needed.

How it works

A clear path,
not a long engagement

No drawn-out discovery, no mystery. Three steps from first question to predictable delivery.

STEP 01

Start with the issue

Send one delivery question by email for a general response, or book a paid 60-minute Diagnostic Call where I hear the situation from you and diagnose based on the information you share.

Ask by email Book diagnostic call
STEP 02

Assess the system

For deeper issues, I run a Delivery Assessment: stakeholder conversations, project and data review, root-cause analysis, and a practical roadmap for fixing the delivery system.

Start delivery assessment
STEP 03

Execute the roadmap

If you need support beyond the roadmap, I stay involved through a retainer or project contract to install the governance, cadence, dashboards, and working habits until the changes stick.

If nothing changes

Delivery stays a guess

  • Deadlines keep slipping, and leadership keeps finding out too late.
  • Budget burns on firefighting instead of forecastable delivery.
  • Talented teams stay overloaded with no real capacity model.
  • AI gets adopted in a panic - debt, risk, and no measurable return.
  • You fall behind competitors who got their delivery system under control.
When the system is fixed

Delivery becomes predictable

  • Leadership gets a single, trusted view of real project status.
  • Governance improves flow, team capacity, and shared expectations.
  • Teams ship on a reliable cadence instead of constant catch-up.
  • AI is adopted where it genuinely saves time - grounded, not hype.
  • You move faster than competitors, with the discipline leadership expects.

Questions

Before you
reach out

What does a fractional PMO consultant do?+

A fractional PMO consultant gives you senior delivery leadership without a full-time hire. I help define governance, capacity models, dashboards, delivery cadence, and stakeholder routines so teams can forecast work, remove bottlenecks, and make execution predictable.

How do I know if my SDLC process needs an audit?+

You likely need an SDLC audit when delivery feels harder than it should: releases slip, Jira or Azure DevOps data is not trusted, approvals slow work, or handoffs between BA, product, development, QA, and leadership create gaps. Even healthy teams benefit from a periodic audit when they cannot clearly see the next improvement. The audit identifies where flow, ownership, governance, and capacity break down.

How can AI be used safely in software delivery?+

AI should start with governed, measurable workflows such as backlog hygiene, status reporting, release notes, forecasting support, and delivery analysis. I help teams avoid unmanaged AI-agent experiments that create security risk, technical debt, or verification debt.

Do you only advise on AI, or have you used it hands-on?+

Both. I've built prototypes and working apps with AI-native development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, and I am part of an AI adoption in SDLC committee inside a company. That gives me practical exposure to the bottlenecks, risks, policy questions, and workflow issues teams face when introducing AI into delivery - from real usage, not theory.

What is the difference between Agile coaching and PMO consulting?+

Agile coaching improves team ceremonies, collaboration, and delivery habits. PMO consulting connects those team practices to portfolio governance, capacity planning, reporting, risk management, and executive decision-making. The strongest delivery systems need both.

Do you work with GCC companies remotely?+

Yes. I work with GCC and global remote teams across startups, scaleups, and established companies, adapting delivery cadence to core business hours and using structured ceremonies plus asynchronous updates. I bring Arabic-language context, international delivery standards, and experience leading distributed teams across regions.
